Direct Support Professional

At Mattern House, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the back-bone of our company.  DSPs are essential for the health, safety, and well-being of the people who live at Mattern House.  Each home must have trained care staff who are equipped to work within the guidelines of our policies and the regulations put in place to ensure that every person we support gets the care that they need to have an Everyday Life.
