Health Care
Our company offers Medical, Dental, and Vison at a low cost for eligible employees.
Retirement Plan
Employees may participate in the company’s 401(K) profit sharing plan. Mattern House provides a company match to the employee’s 401K plan.
Vacation/PTO
Vacation is awarded after 6 months of consecutive, full time employment. Additional vacation time is awarded after multiple years of service as specified in the Employee Handbook. Full-Time employees earn 24 hours of PTO each year.
